Today was full of learning, teamwork, and lots of fun as our students enjoyed a fantastic mix of classes, exciting activities, and unforgettable moments together! 😄✨
In the morning, the group was divided into two. 📚🚌 Half of the students attended their English classes, continuing to improve their language skills with engaging lessons and plenty of opportunities to practise speaking. 🗣️ Meanwhile, the other half headed to Broadstairs for an exciting adventure or participated in an English baking workshop! 🌊🍪
Some students explored the town by taking part in a thrilling treasure hunt 🗺️, solving clues and working together as a team while discovering the charming streets of this beautiful seaside town. But that wasn’t all! They also took on the hilarious paper clip challenge, where they had to exchange a simple paper clip for increasingly valuable items by talking to local people. Thanks to their confidence, creativity, and teamwork, they managed to trade it for some amazing prizes, including a soft drink, a power bank, and even a sweatshirt! It was a fantastic way to practise their English while having lots of fun interacting with the local community.
The rest of the group got creative in a delicious English baking workshop 👩🍳, baking biscuits in lots of different shapes, and then they put their teamwork and competitive spirit to the test during the Olympics 🏅, enjoying a variety of fun activities and challenges.
After lunch, the groups swapped activities, so everyone had the opportunity to experience both the English lessons and the exciting activities in Broadstairs. It was the perfect balance of learning, exploring, and having fun! 🤝📚
At night, they split into groups for a refreshing swim at the swimming pool, a game of volleyball and a fun version of handball! To finish another incredible day, everyone gathered together for the always-entertaining Gossip Box 📦
Can’t wait to see what tomorrow has in store for us!
