Today was our first full day of classes with our new groups. We are now mixed with other international students, giving everyone the chance to meet new people, make friends from different countries, and practise English together.
In the afternoon, we explored Manchester on a walking tour. We visited some of the city’s most iconic landmarks, including Chetham’s School of Music, Manchester Cathedral, and other famous spots around the city while learning about their history and importance.
After the tour, we took part in a colour-coded photo gymkhana, racing around Manchester to find different locations and complete fun photo challenges as a team. It was a great way to discover the city while working together.
To finish the day, we gathered for a long Gossip Box session, where we shared stories, talked about tomorrow’s exciting activity, and had plenty of laughs. We then headed outside for a thrilling game of Capture the Flag, which was the perfect way to end another fantastic day at camp!
