Today was a much more relaxed day as we enjoyed a slower Sunday in Manchester. Although the weather wasn’t on our side and the rain stayed with us for most of the day, it didn’t stop us from making the most of it.
In the morning, we visited the Manchester Art Gallery, where we explored its impressive collections while completing a fun questionnaire that encouraged us to look closely at the different artworks and exhibitions.
Later in the afternoon, we joined the vibrant Manchester Day Festival, following the parade through the city streets and stopping at several activity stands along the route. Despite the wet weather, the festival atmosphere was full of music, colour, and energy, making it a memorable experience.
To finish the day, we enjoyed a Disco Night, the perfect opportunity to dance, have fun, and spend time with our international friends. It was a great way to socialize, strengthen new friendships, and end the weekend on a high note.
