Today was all about discovering one of the world’s most iconic cities… London! 🚌🚆❤️
To make the most of the day, we split into two groups, each following a different itinerary. 🌍
Our 11-day students explored some of London’s most famous landmarks, including Buckingham Palace, St. James’s Park, Big Ben and Westminster, the London Eye, Leicester Square, and the vibrant streets of Chinatown.
Meanwhile, our 21-day students, who had already visited these landmarks a few weeks ago, discovered a different side of the city. They visited the impressive Westminster Abbey, explored London’s colourful Leake Street graffiti tunnels, admired the magnificent St. Paul’s Cathedral, crossed the iconic Millennium Bridge, and enjoyed views of the famous Tower Bridge.
Later in the afternoon, both groups reunited on Oxford Street 🛍️✨, where everyone had the chance to explore the city together, browse the shops, and make the most of some free time in one of London’s busiest streets.
After a long day of sightseeing and several hours travelling by train 🚆😴, everyone was ready for a quieter evening back at Wellesley. We enjoyed some well-deserved free time 💙 before gathering together to watch La Velada del Año 🥊📺.
London never disappoints, and today was no exception! It was the perfect way to relax, unwind, and recover after an unforgettable day exploring London, ready for more adventures in the days ahead! ✨
