Today, our students set off on another exciting full-day trip, this time to the beautiful and historic city of Canterbury! 🚌🌳 From the moment we arrived, everyone was eager to discover the rich history, charming streets, and unique atmosphere of this wonderful English city. 📸✨
The highlight of the day was, of course, the breathtaking Canterbury Cathedral ⛪💫. Walking through one of the most famous and important cathedrals in the United Kingdom was an unforgettable experience. Students admired its stunning architecture, learned about its fascinating history, and were amazed by the beauty and significance of this incredible landmark. 📚🌍
After exploring the cathedral, we wandered through Canterbury’s picturesque streets, filled with traditional buildings, cosy cafés, and lovely little shops. 🏘️🛍️ The city has such a special atmosphere, and everyone enjoyed discovering its hidden corners and soaking up its unique charm. 😊✨
Following lunch 🍕🥪🥤, the students had some free time to explore the city at their own pace. Whether they were shopping for souvenirs, enjoying a sweet treat, or simply strolling through the lively streets with friends, there were smiles everywhere and plenty of wonderful memories being made. 😄💙
Back at Wellesley School, the perfect ending to a fantastic weekend was waiting for us. 🎬🍿 Everyone gathered together for a cosy movie night, relaxing with friends after two incredible days of exploring England. It was the perfect opportunity to unwind, share laughs, and enjoy each other’s company before heading off to bed. 🌙
Now it’s time to rest and recharge 😴💤, ready for another exciting week filled with English classes, fun activities, new challenges, and even more unforgettable moments with friends from around the world. 🌍🤝
