Today was another fantastic day in Donegal, full of breathtaking landscapes, unforgettable moments, and plenty of fun together! 💚
We started the day with our English classes 📚, continuing to improve our language skills through interactive lessons, conversations, and activities with our international classmates 🌍.
After lunch, we headed off on an excursion to discover some of the most beautiful corners of the northwest of Ireland 🚌. Our first stop was Mullaghmore, where we admired the spectacular coastline and the impressive Classiebawn Castle 🏰 overlooking the Atlantic Ocean. It was incredibly windy 🌬️—a true taste of the Irish coast—but the dramatic scenery, lush green landscapes, and stunning views made it more than worth it! 💚🌊
Next, we visited the beautiful Glencar Waterfall 💦🌿. Just as we arrived, the Irish weather decided to surprise us once again, and we found ourselves running through the rain under our ponchos! 🌧️ Despite getting a little wet, it only added to the adventure, and the waterfall looked even more spectacular surrounded by the mist and rain.
After a day spent exploring some of Ireland’s most beautiful landscapes, we headed back to Bundoran to relax before the evening’s activity. 🍽️
To finish the day, we all went to the cinema🍿 for a private screening of the latest Spider-Man movie, just for our DELS group! It was the perfect way to unwind after a busy day of sightseeing, and everyone enjoyed sharing popcorn, laughs, and a great film together.
From dramatic cliffs and waterfalls to superheroes on the big screen, today had a little bit of everything—and we’ll definitely remember it for a long time! 💙
