Today was a day full of emotions, as we said goodbye to one group of students while warmly welcoming another to Wellesley School 🥹🌍.
For those finishing their stay, the morning was filled with mixed feelings❤️. Between packing their suitcases 🧳, signing flags 🏳️, writing heartfelt messages and dedications 💌, and taking part in some lovely farewell activities, there were plenty of smiles, hugs, and memories to treasure forever. After lunch 🍽️, it was finally time to say goodbye to the students heading home. Although farewells are never easy, we’re sure they’ll take home unforgettable experiences, lifelong friendships, and lots of wonderful memories. 💙✨
The rest of the group spent the afternoon enjoying a fun drama workshop 🎭 alongside the other international students, while they waited for the new group to arrive.
Meanwhile, a brand-new adventure was just beginning! ✈️🚌 After a long morning of travelling by plane and coach, our second group finally arrived at Wellesley School, excited and ready for the week ahead. 😄🎒
After a quick tour of the school 🏫, the new arrivals met the students already at Wellesley, and everyone enjoyed dinner together 🍽️. The evening continued with lots of fun ice-breaker games 🎉, helping everyone get to know each other and making the first friendships of the week. Before calling it a day, students unpacked their suitcases 🧳, settled into their rooms, and got some well-deserved rest 😴, ready for all the adventures that await them.
One journey may have come to an end, but another exciting one has only just begun! 🌍💙✨
