Today was our last full day together at Wellesley School, and we couldn’t have asked for a better way to celebrate everything we’ve shared over the past days. 🥹❤️

The morning began with our final English lessons 📚, where our students gave one last great effort in the classroom before heading off for a special afternoon.

After lunch, we walked to the beautiful Stone Bay in Broadstairs 🌊☀️ to enjoy the stunning cliffs and coastline one last time. There, we took part in a heartfelt closing activity🧶. Using a ball of wool, each person thanked someone else in the group, creating a giant web that reminded us how connected we’ve all become throughout this incredible experience.

Before heading back to school, everyone enjoyed one final opportunity to explore Broadstairs. Students picked up their last souvenirs, treated themselves to a final ice cream at Morelli’s, and said goodbye to the town that has been their home for the past few weeks. It was a bittersweet moment, but one we’ll all remember fondly.

Back at Wellesley, it was time to pack our suitcases and complete the hilarious group leaders’ challenges, ranging from getting splashed with water to taking a plate of whipped cream to the face! There was no shortage of laughter before everyone got ready for the evening.

Then came the perfect farewell: our Disco Night! 🪩 Dressed up and ready to celebrate, we danced the night away with a DJ , exchanged our personalised envelopes full of kind messages, signed each other’s flags, took countless photos, and made the very most of our final night together.

What an unforgettable way to end such an incredible adventure. Although saying goodbye is never easy, the memories, friendships, and experiences we’ve shared will stay with us for a lifetime. 🌍✨
