Today was another fantastic day in Bundoran, and for the first time this week, the sun finally made an appearance! ☀️🥳 After a few rainy days, we were all more than happy to enjoy some blue skies and a bit of warmth.
As usual, the morning was dedicated to our English classes 📚. The students have been working hard on their end-of-week projects, which they’ll be presenting to their classmates tomorrow. It’s been great to see their confidence grow as they prepare to share their ideas in English! 💬
In the afternoon, we returned to the beautiful Mullaghmore 🌊 for another adventure on the water. Students split into two groups, with one enjoying a paddleboarding session 🏄♀️ while the other explored the coastline by kayak 🚣. With calm waters, stunning scenery, and sunshine on our side, it was the perfect way to spend the afternoon.
The evening offered something for everyone! 🌙 Students once again chose between three different activities. Some headed to the park for a game of Ultimate Frisbee 🥏; others discovered the fascinating world of bees and honey 🐝🍯, learning about the important role of bees before tasting a variety of delicious honeys. Meanwhile, the rest got creative during an Irish crafts workshop 💍, designing and making their own jewellery to take home as a special souvenir.
From the classroom to the sea, and from sports to crafts, today was another day full of learning, laughter, and unforgettable memories. And with the sunshine finally joining us, everything felt just a little bit brighter! ☀️💚
