The morning began with another engaging English lesson, where the students continued building their confidence through interactive activities, conversations and group tasks.
In the afternoon, it was time for a new adventure! We jumped on the bus and headed to the peaceful village of Graiguenamanagh, where an exciting outdoor activity was waiting for us.馃崈
Once we arrived at the campsite, everyone put on their life jackets and got ready to take to the water.馃挦 Soon we were paddling along the beautiful river Barrow, surrounded by stunning scenery and plenty of fresh air. The activity was a real highlight of the week, filled with excitement and shared laughs while enjoying every minute on the river.
The students did an amazing job! Some had never tried kayaking before, but they quickly gained confidence and worked brilliantly to guide their kayaks along the river. Their enthusiasm and positive attitude made the whole experience even more enjoyable for everyone, where every student had stepped out of their comfort zone and left the river with a real sense of achievement.
By the end of the activity, everyone returned with big smiles, a few splashes of water and memories that will surely last a lifetime.馃殻
